My wife passed away from Dementia yesterday, and I must do this review as they deserve better than 5 stars- like 10+! For the last 8 or 9 months, Nightingale's hospice team members have been coming over several times a week to assist with my (formerly)bedridden wife. What a great team they have been! When I think of compassion, care, service, empathy, love and professionalism- this group has it! The "bed, bath and beyond" (my moniker for the personal care team-lol) people were SO helpful to us. A special shout out to Jennifer for her friendliness, loving care, concern and gentle, genuine nature is so deserved and earned. John, the chaplain has been such an important person to me/us during this period- what a help and blessing. Deep heartfelt gratitude to him. Jessica, the social worker has been so very helpful during this time as well- huge Thank you. There is a lot of information on programs and their requirements that Jessica knows about, she's such a great resource. The nurses, oh the nurses! What a special group of people. I (frustratingly- please forgive me) can't recall all of their names now, (most recently) Linda has all been fantastic! Thanks for all of the information, support and rx help. The support- pharmacy deliveries, supplies (chucks, diapers, pads, nutrition drinks, special cleaning supplies, creams and lotions) have been so helpful. I couldn't have done what I did to care for my wife if it wasn't for Nightingale hospice and their fantastic team. With her passing, I will miss them. I can and am ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDING this company's hospice service to any in need. Their service has been a real blessing to me (formerly us).
